Jason and the Argonauts / Mysterious Island

Dynarama double-bill featuring marvelous full colour artwork of two of the best Columbia Pictures films ever released and both are a tribute to the work of the visual effects maestro Ray Harryhausen. This film poster from 1978 was printed by W. E. Berry of Bradford with fully illustrated action scenes from the films in stunning colour. Sellotape marks as seen, tape has been removed historically. The sellotape was at the border edges along the centre vertical fold line and on the four horizontal sections at the top border and extending into the tagline by 1 inch. The reverse of the poster is quite clean with a biro and pencil title and a few slithers of restoration tape which we have applied to border nicks. Importantly there is no fading to the poster and the colours are very bright. The poster displays really well as a used cinema poster and luckily the central sellotape line does occur in the separation between the two films. We were borderline on whether to call this grade A or Grade B.
