I Am a Camera

This blue background British Quad for "I Am a Camera" was printed by Stafford & Co. Ltd. of Netherfield, Nottingham & London and is their stock number 2884. Printed on the poster also is the signature of the artist "Wilkinson". This 'X' certificate film poster is from Independent Film Distributors Romulus and the film is set in pre-war Berlin based upon the stories by Christopher Isherwood. Julie Harris is painted as a superb, spirited Sally Bowles complete with impressive cigarette holder, black dress and heels. Please be aware that this film poster was folded before completely dry at the printers and there is a small degree of print transfer as seen in the photograph.
