Original Argentinean Cinemascope film poster for the moving semi-autobiographical film "Sons and Lovers" from 1960 from 20th Century Fox based on the novel by D.H. Lawrence. The film poster has wonderful colours with a terrific cast for a film actually made in black and white. Freddie Francis won an Oscar for Cinematography while Director Jack Cardiff was nominated too. This film poster is in folded condition as supplied to the cinema and was printed by F. Springer of Buenos Aires. There is a closed tear in the top left of 6 inch and mid left side of 1 inch both have been repaired with archival tape to the reverse.
