Green Ice

Lew Grade's film is directed by Ernest Day and is a very entertaining movie about emerald theft with a twist. The thing I admire most about Sir Lew Grade is that none of his staff or film stars ever had contracts - the relationships were all built on trust - those really were the days, and I wish bureaucracy had never interfered with that basic premise on which all relationships should be based.
