Good-bye, My Lady

The star of the film is the Basenji breed of dog and if you get the chance it's worth finding out more about this breed of dog. They don't bark - they yodel! and its almost like they're having a conversation with you. The film poster "Good-bye, My Lady" dates from 1956 and has great artwork of the boy and his dog together with the book cover from the author James Street. The film was a Warner Brothers film interestingly with Sidney Poitier appearing and from the production company of John Wayne, Batjac. Printing is from Stafford & Co. of Netherfield, Nottingham and London with just a neat pinhole in each corner.
