From Russia with Love / Hang 'Em High

The poster states "THE ONE AND ONLY... JAMES BOND IS BACK!" Although this refers to him appearing in his second film following the success of Dr No it is fitting here in this 1970 poster because it had been seven years since the first release of "From Russia With Love". "Hang 'Em High" had been released less than two years at this point and United Artists were keen to capitalise on Clint Eastwood's cowboy role as these two years had seen the release of "Where Eagles Dare" and "Kelly's Heroes" and now "Two Mules For Sister Sara" was to be due in this same year. This film poster is in great condition and chronicles an interesting moment in film history with Sean Connery due to retake the role of James Bond following the George Lazenby single appearance whilst Clint Eastwood would see success the following year with Warner Bros. in the Detective role as "Dirty Harry".
