Farewell my Lovely

This hard to find British quad film poster is a wonderful tribute to 1940's 'Film Noir' and a great homage to the novelist Raymond Chandler. Robert Mitchum is pictured as Private Eye Philip Marlow together with Charlotte Rampling as the captivating Velma. The design of this film poster very cleverly combines full colour signage intertwined with the characters whilst adding depth and context to "Farewell my Lovely". A great first release film poster from 1975 printed in England by Lonsdale & Bartholomew of Nottingham with great colours in folded condition as issued to the cinema with just a tiny cross fold separation at the mid left to which we have attached a very small piece of restoration tape to the reverse.
