Escape to Victory

Rare first release 1981 double-crown film poster comprising part of the Marler Haley set for the popular Second World War footballing escape story "Escape to Victory". Pictured in German uniform is the propaganda officer Von Steiner played by Max Von Sydow. The portrait is circled by barbed wire and the prison camp is pictured behind the German officer. A rare poster and difficult to find. This one is in folded condition with a closed tear at the top right as seen which we have repaired with conservation tape to the reverse. Bright colours and a difficult one to find.
