Death on the Nile

Four page EMI cinema promotion booklet for the Agatha Christie film "Death on the Nile". The front of this glossy production features a full colour picture of the River Nile complete with paddle steamer, ships and the Egyptian Sphinx plus a Pyramid in the background together with a fine portrait of Hercule Poirot played by Peter Ustinov. Around the perimeter portraits not only include Peter Ustinov but also Jane Birkin, Lois Chiles, Bette Davis, Mia Farrow, Davide Niven, Maggie Smith, Harry Andrews and Sam Wanamaker. The inside page tell the detailed story together with cast and credits there are also great pictures of the Sphinx, ships on the Nile, camels and other landmarks together with detailed hieroglyphics around the border. The back page has four small areas at the corners where the promotional booklet was used for display at the cinema.
