Not an easy Hammer poster to find. Ingrid Pitt is painted here by Vic Fair with beauty fading to old age from right to left. The virgin blood necessary to restore youthfulness can be seen dripping from the chalice to form the titles and passing through the typography to make the bath of blood at the foot of the poster in which the ageing Countess must bathe in order to restore her youth. Folded film poster printed in England by D. & A. Broomhead Litho Ltd., London. Two pinholes in each corner and a repaired puncture in the bottom border.
