Buck and the Preacher

This was Sidney Poitier's first film as Director. This is a Western about racial differences (yes, I know alot were - but this one has no Indians!) The black cast play slaves who've been recently freed from the plantations following the American Civil War - whilst the white cast play the baddies who want to take them right back there!
