Away all Boats

This first release British quad film poster from 1956 features the printed signature of British artist Bill Wiggins with fine World War II artwork picturing the attack on the USS Belinda and it's captain pictured as played by Jeff Chandler. The film poster also paints the novel "Away All Boats" by Kenneth Dodson at the lower right together with a romantic liaison with Julie Adams. This film marked a very early appearance for the then unknown Clint Eastwood. Printed by Charles & Read Ltd. of London & Harlow this folded film poster displays well with pinholes in the corners and a little writing on the reverse which does show through as seen under the right wing of the airplane.
