Around the World Under the Sea

This is the original 1966 British quad film poster printed in England by Stafford & co. Ltd. of Nottingham & London. Wonderfully painted are Lloyd Bridges, David McCallum and Shirley Eaton. Lloyd Bridges made his name as the scuba diver in the TV series "Sea Hunt". The amazing underwater artwork features a myriad of divers, a wonderful sea monster, the specialist submarine and an underwater artwork of the Great Barrier Reef where filming was conducted by veteran director Andrew Marton. Each of the four corners of this cinema used poster have had amateur restoration and there is a small drawing pin puncture hole by David McCallum's left temple which has been repaired on the reverse with acid free tape, there are also two old tape marks at the top and bottom centre. Having said this the poster displays well and if you are looking in these areas you are missing the fantastic artwork.
