This 1965 Cold War film poster was for the black and white film directed by Stanley Kubrick's producer James B. Harris. Richard Widmark is pictured as the captain of a nuclear armed American naval destroyer who has become over anxious in his search for Russian submarines. Sidney Poitier is pictured as the journalist invited to cover the hunt. The artwork pictures all the stars together with details of the underwater hunt in full colour with litho printing by Fenix of Buenos Aires.
