The Thing

Great artwork depicting an alien with the ability to change shape based on a remake of Howard Hawks 1951 "The Thing from Another World". Drew Struzan was the artist for this British quad film poster for a film which had music by Ennio Morricone. Printed in England by W. E. Berry of Bradford this first release original folded film poster has a couple of fine pinholes in each corner, some historic sellotape in three strips at the top border mainly on the reverse but showing through at the right and middle top border and at the bottom centre border edge as seen. Historic water damage at the bottom border in four sections show through as seen to the front at the bottom edge. Despite all this the poster has really strong colours and displays really well.
