The Fritz Lang 1927 masterpiece "Metropolis" had 25 minutes of lost footage added to the cinema release in 2010 for which this is the rolled condition film poster. The discovery of this lost footage led to an improvement of what was already a science fiction masterpiece in which the master of a futuristic city attempted to quell the discontentment of the workforce.
