Adapted from the novel "A Kestrel for a Knave" by Barry Hines the director Ken Loach produces arguably his best ever film "Kes" in 1969. This first release front of house cinema lobby card is sold as supplied to the cinema in 1969 and without pinholes. The performance of David Bradley is first rate and his expression here sums up perfectly his life in the Northeast of England. A brilliant film and this is the best lobby card from the film.
