Delightful portrayal of Debbie Reynolds as farm girl Mariette Larkin together with Tony Randall, Lorenzo Charlton, the boy she falls for. This 1959 film is well adapted from the novel "The Darling Buds of May" by H.E. Bates. Don't you just love the tagline "Filmed on location... in the haystack." - but it is true to say that MGM under the direction of George Marshall have produced an even better film than the popular TV series recently aired starring Catherine Zita Jones. Folded poster with a large 3 inch tear to the right border (repaired with archival tape to reverse.) Pinholes in the corners.
