Raiders of the Lost Ark

From 1981 this first release original British Quad film poster just has it all. This Richard Amsel artwork typifies the image of Indiana Jones and the action scenes at the bottom add to the intrigue in this timeless film poster. The artists signature is printed on the poster which is designed to have a very worn patina effect to accentuate rugged antiquarian exploration theme of the film. This poster goes further with historic water damage to the front but not the reverse as seen at the mid left of the picture and towards the left border edge. Slight paper lift as seen to the left of the 'R' of the title. We have put two small strips of restoration tape on the reverse at two of the centre folds. Great folded condition first release 1981 film poster with no fading.
