| Details | Frankie Howerd is up for a laugh here painted in the role of Lurkalot / King Richard the Lionheart. Anna Quayle is pictured scantily dressed but hampered by a chastity belt with Lurkalot toying with the key. This first release "Up the Chastity Belt" film poster pictures some nearly naked frivolity in the archways of the castle and was printed by Robert Burton of Sydney. There are no pinholes but the cinema manager has written the show date at the foot of the poster in blue pen. |
