| Details | This Carry on Cowboy British Quad film poster features classic artwork from the Great British artist Tom Chantrell who paints the scene for this comedy and uses as a base the saloon doors in Dodge City. The central figures are the Sheriff and the villain the Rumpo Kid played by Sid James. If you look very carefully at the legs of the cast the fun doesn't stop there! This poster dates from the first release in 1965 and reveals the sense of humour of all those involved in designing it. Printed by Stafford & Co of Nottingham & London and featuring the artists printed signature. There is a little top edge wear as seen and a few light scuffs with biro title on the reverse which does not show through to the front. |
