| Details | Patrick O'Neal evades the hangmans noose by chopping off his manacled right hand. He escapes to wreak vengeance as the crazed "Baltimore Strangler." This is classic 60's American horror and as the poster promises the Director Hy Averback was the first to warn cinema audiences with the "horror horn" and "fear flasher" so they could close their eyes in time. This specially printed ABC cinema poster is for the December showing in Chester printed by Stafford & Co of Nottingham & London courtesy of Rex Publicity Ltd of London. Double X certificate double-bills were very popular in the Sixties. |
