| Details | "Cannibal Holocaust" was one of the banned "Video Nasties" films of the early 1980's but the film did not deserve the label as it is a great horror film from the cannibal genre telling the story of a New York professor who travels to the Amazon jungle searching for a missing documentary film crew and finding horrific evidence of their fate. This film poster is from 1982 and features many opt the scenes from the film made in the Amazon jungles. The marketing for the film managed to convince the public for many decades that this was a true story and the film poster bears the tag line "Authentic! The cameramen who filmed this picture were later devoured alive by the cannibals!!!". Excellent folded condition with no pinholes or bite marks. |
