| Details | The "Carry on Cleo" first film poster was the subject of a court case with the makers of "Cleopatra" as a result of which all those film posters were destroyed with the exception of only two that we know of. Faced with no poster to promote the film this was the British quad which was hurriedly drafted up. Quite ironic that we see a photo in the top right hand corner of the Roman Centurion caught with his trousers down. This is a fine Warner Pathe Carry On film poster and not many exist today. |
