| Details | Rolled condition theatrical poster from 1984 for the new musical "Little Shop of Horrors". In 1960 Roger Corman used a left over set to create the first film "The Little Shop of Horrors". A fantastic book and lyrics by Howard Ashman were the inspiration and this play then followed with music by Alan Menken of "Little Mermaid" fame and before the Steve Martin film of 1986 comes this 1983 theatre bill printed by Dewynters of London. The star of the show is pictured here reaching out for the "Best Musical" award and grasping a celebratory glass of champagne and some excellent reviews. Just love the adoring eyelashes. |
